VIDEO: Fly though model of Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge

At this weekend’s D23 Expo in Anaheim, California, The Walt Disney Company unveiled an impressive model of what the eagerly-anticipated Star Wars lands will look like at Disneyland Park in Anaheim and Disney’s Hollywood Studios in Orlando. It was also announced these areas will be known as Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge.

Set to open in 2019 starting on the West Coast in California before the East Coast version opens; Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge will immerse guests into the world of Star Wars where stories will come to life. Each land will span an impressive 14-acres and will be filled to the brim with experiences to make you feel like you really are part of the action.

On Friday, Disney unveiled the model which has been viewed by thousands of the attendees whom joined in the fun at the biennial “Ultimate Disney Fan Event”, Today I’m delighted to share with you a “fly-through” look at the model.

Is it 2019 yet?

Featuring two incredible attractions, shopping and dining options and many interactive experiences; just a couple of years remain before you can venture to the edge of the galaxy! I’ve heard you might be able to meet BB-8 too!
