It’s almost time for D23!

That’s right folks, it’s almost time for the Ultimate Disney Fan Event… the D23 Expo 2015!
Today I’m flying from London to Los Angeles with Air New Zealand, who I am sure will ensure I’ll arrive #LAReady and energised for what is set to be three exciting jam-packed days of news, panels, interactive presentations, special surprises and a whole lot of magic right from the Anaheim Convention Center in the heart of Orange County.
I’m looking forward to hopefully attending a variety of events; including John Lasseter’s look at upcoming films from Pixar and Walt Disney Animation Studios, updates from the live-action division of the Disney, Marvel and Lucasfilm, news from Walt Disney Parks and Resorts, and an exciting evening with the Snow White and the Evil Queen from ABC’s Once Upon a Time; amongst so much more.
If that wasn’t enough, the Disneyland Resort Diamond Celebration is well-underway across the street at the Happiest Place on Earth; and I’m on a mission to catch some of the brand new entertainment offerings and attraction enhancements at least once. Don’t be surprised to see me complaining about the struggle of a Disney Hangover – it’s a real thing when you are exhausted after all the fun and magic of a few days at Disney.

But for now, I’d probably better make my way to the gate. In about 15 hours time I’ll be finally arriving checking-in at the Disneyland Hotel. Let’s hope Tangaroa Terrace is still open so I can grab an Asian Chicken Salad, or Earl of Sandwich it is!
